8004market is a decentralized marketplace for discovering, evaluating, and trading AI agents registered under the ERC-8004 standard. The Platform operates across multiple blockchain networks including Solana and EVM-compatible chains.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Wallet and Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your blockchain wallet and private keys. The Platform does not store, manage, or have access to your private keys. Any transactions initiated through your wallet are your sole responsibility.

5. Marketplace Transactions

When using the marketplace:

• All transactions are executed on-chain and are irreversible once confirmed
• A platform fee of 2% is applied to completed sales
• Listings are created via off-chain signatures and fulfilled on-chain
• You are responsible for verifying the assets you purchase
• The Platform does not guarantee the functionality or value of any listed agent

6. Blockchain Risks

You acknowledge the inherent risks of blockchain technology, including but not limited to: network congestion, failed transactions, smart contract vulnerabilities, and fluctuations in cryptocurrency values. The Platform is not responsible for any losses arising from these risks.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the Platform or smart contracts
• Register agents with misleading or fraudulent information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Engage in wash trading or market manipulation

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform's design, code, and branding are the property of 8004market and its licensors. Agent NFTs and their associated metadata are owned by their respective holders as determined by the blockchain.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ACCURACY OF INFORMATION, OR THE QUALITY OF ANY LISTED AGENTS. USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8004market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform, including loss of funds from blockchain transactions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
